Jaclyn Goldman, B.Sc.(Hons) President & CEO

Jaclyn is the President and Founder of InnovaVet. She is a business development expert with over 20 years experience in the veterinary industry and over a decade of documented success in pharmaceutical business development.

Her passion for animal welfare and business innovation inspired her to found InnovaVet. Jaclyn strives to improve the overall level of veterinary care in Canada through collaboration with animal health companies to ensure that the best quality products and services are available to the Canadian market.

Jaclyn has extensive experience selling a diverse range of products and services to veterinarians, has instructed CE courses, presented at veterinary industry events, and consulted veterinarians on topics ranging from drug dosing to staff management.

Throughout her career, Jaclyn has assisted small to medium-sized companies grow to meet and exceed their expectations. Her track record ranges from developing animal health start-ups into nationally recognized industry leaders with over 80% market share to revitalizing struggling small businesses at risk of closure and increasing their sales over 20%.

As an RA/QA Consultant, Jaclyn boasts a 100% success rate in assisting her clients obtain GMP Compliance for DEL registration with Health Canada. Furthermore, Jaclyn assists clients in both the human and veterinary markets with the registration of Pharmaceutical Drug Products (DIN, ANDS -Rx & OTC) , Natural Health Products (NHP, VNHPs), and human Medical Devices .

Jaclyn holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Toxicology from the University of Guelph.

Regulatory Affairs & Quality Control Assistants

All of our Associates have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher level of education in addition to 2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC and/or a post-graduate diploma in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs .

Independent DVMs

We have independent DVM's on contract to better serve our animal health clientele.

Our veterinarians have decades of experience in practice and are available to assist with product consultations, market research and technical support for our veterinary products.
